Exchanges Only:

  • We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable:

  • We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

How to Exchange:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@pickleandpearpjs.com.au
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will offer a replacement or repair for any product found to be defective.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange.
