Exchanges Only:
- We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable:
- We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
How to Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@pickleandpearpjs.com.au
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item.
Faulty Items:
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will offer a replacement or repair for any product found to be defective.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange.
