We currently offer sizes ranging from XS to XXL. Please refer to our size chart for detailed measurements to help you find your perfect fit. The size chart can be located under the shop tab or in the footer on each page. If you're unsure or between sizes, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
2. What if I get the wrong size?
No worries! If your pyjamas don’t fit, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Just make sure the items are unworn and in their original condition. Contact us at hello@pickleandpearpjs.com.au to arrange an exchange.
Currently, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please review our sizing guide before making a purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
3. What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at hello@pickleandpearpjs.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the item for inspection, and if deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4. How should I wash my pyjamas?
To keep your pyjamas in top condition, we recommend washing them on a gentle cycle in cold water. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, and air-dry to preserve the fabric’s softness and vibrancy. If tumble drying is necessary, ensure it's set to a low heat to prevent shrinking. Care instructions can also be found on the inseam of each garment.
5. Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across Australia and internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can check shipping options and costs at checkout.
6. Do you offer pyjamas for men or children?
At the moment, our collection is designed for women. However, we’re always looking to expand, so stay tuned! We’d love to bring playful designs to the whole family in the future.
7. What is your environmental footprint?
At Pickle & Pear, we’ve thoughtfully selected our fabric blend for both comfort and durability. Our pyjamas are made with 95% cotton and 5% elastane to ensure they last longer and withstand regular wear. This longevity helps reduce the need for frequent replacements, promoting sustainability by reducing overall waste. We’re committed to continually improving our practices and are exploring more eco-friendly options for future collections. Additionally, our packaging is minimal and recyclable to further minimise our environmental impact.
